Hello new British Literature students! You may not know it yet, but you are about to embark on an enchanting journey that will take us from the violent battles of Beowulf and the taverns of medieval London to the rural moors of Heathcliff and Cathy and the magical island of Ariel and Prospero. Hopefully along the way, you'll find a work or two (or all of them) that will stick with you for years to come! Here's to an exciting upcoming year!
